Into it!

Well, term one has started and I am so excited to be teaching again. Nearly all spots are filled and music is filling the air. I love the energy of singing, a lifeforce springing out of my belly and filling the space around me with music, emotion, expression and energy. I love the tingles down the spine I get when a student masters a technicality only to find that this releases expression, creativity and brings something fresh and exciting to their singing. So exciting!! So sing – everyone! Whether in the shower, or from the rooftops, in the studio, on the stage, in the workshop, in the car (although watch the body alignment on this one guys!), walking the dog, a lullaby to put the baby to sleep, a shout of praise, a sigh of despair. It all works! Lift up your voice and sing with your soul!
